Examples
You can do this through a variety of strategies... in this article we give you just a few examples. The first strategy is as the target creator to intentionally create objectives to specify what success would look like for the project. Another example is linking a specific target with a coach to a broader vision. And the last one could be having multiple people on one team linked their job targets to the larger group goal.
