Assigned as source of truth
Any Target you make will now be visible by only those assigned as a Coach or Coachee. Previously rules allows for targets to be visible within departments. This gives increased control of privacy while allowing for cross-departmental Targets
Ability to # Strengths inside Updates to reinforce the use of strengths
Ability to notify your team members using the "@" inside the updates tab. In a coming sprint this will trigger an email to that user so they will check the update.

Added the ability to recover your Login ID via “Forgot Login ID”
