Welcome on the iAlign Journey!!!
So you and your team have decided to join iAlign? We’re thrilled to have you on board! Getting started with our system is a breeze - all you need is internet access from a computer and a good, work-appropriate profile picture of yourself. We're here to help you every step of the way and make your onboarding experience as smooth as possible.
- Be on the lookout for an email from iAlign - it will come from “Hello@iAlign.work”
- When you get it, click the link to create your password and accept the terms and conditions.
- Next, upload your profile picture from a good headshot on your computer by clicking on the camera icon for a file selector.
- Optional - To have a more personalized profile, feel free to also either upload or search for an image as your cover picture.
- Optional - All questions are optional but can be a nice way for your work team to get to know you a bit. So, feel free to answer the questions if you have time, but you can also always update those from your profile later.
- Optional - If you’d like, enter any key strengths or skills you possess. This can be a great way to highlight your unique abilities to your team. You can also add these later from your profile.
Tip - You can always access and edit your information in your profile by clicking on it in the top right-hand corner.
And that’s it, SO QUICK and you are on-board and ready to start your iAlign journey!
