How often should I be engaging with the iAlign system?

We love having you in the system and are excited to have you join us on the journey to modernize performance management!

While your HR team and supervisor may have specific requirements for you, we just suggest trying to stay active as much as is helpful to you.

Remember, iAlign can only be a tool for positive change if you chose to use it and interact with others in it! With that said, remember it’s not a task management system or a to-do list that requires hourly or daily updates… We’ve found with our team that at least weekly engagement is a healthy cadence, less often than that, and we start to lose focus.
