While visions are meant to bring people together, sometimes a person will make one that really shouldn’t be in iAlign (e.g., isn’t work appropriate) or at the very least should have a different visability setting than they do... So what do people do when that happens?
Reporting a Vision
The person who wants to report the vision (which can be you as a company admin or anyone in the organization) can simply click the three dots on the top right of the vision, hit report, and select the reason they think the vision should be reported.
After a Vision is Reported
- Head over to the vision board from the left navigation bar
- Click the drop down with the funnel icon and select the “Reported” option
- Here you will see all reported visions that need a decision from you (while they are in reported state, they won’t be visible to anyone else at the company). You can view the details of the vision by clicking the left arrow option or click the right arrow button to respond
- Clicking respond will prompt a pop up with a decision to “ignore” (this will return the vision to be visible under active visions) or deactivate if it is content that shouldn’t be out there
- And finally, if you’d like to see a list of deactivated visions, you can drop that same drop-down and select “deactivated”
